Refund policy
Returns & Refund:
*We accept returns of unused and resalable condition of Candles, Melts and Room Sprays within 30 days.
*Please request a return postage label for return shipping and handling. Your refund will be minus return postage. Please enclose your emailed receipt in the package so we can match the order to the product that is being returned.
*All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
*Returns and refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt of return package. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we receive the returned product. We are not responsible for lost packages.
*Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
*Please do not mail an packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted.
*Soap, Lotion, and Beard Products cannot be returned due to the possibility of contamination.
Only items purchased on www.laskeyfamilyfarm.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from www.laskeyfamilyfarm.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Laskey Family Farm products.
If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us at laskeyfamilyfarm@gmail.com within 30 days with details of the product and the defect or how the product is broken, and we will work with you to either replace the product or refund.
Cancellation of orders: Orders are usually fulfilled daily between 4pm-6pm Eastern Time. Because we begin processing orders immediately upon receipt, we are unable to accommodate requests for address changes or order changes/cancellations. Please ensure that all information entered is correct at the time your order is placed.
